Ms. Somaya provides both clerical and administrative support to our professional team, either as part of a team or individually. She plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of affairs of MALO. She is involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise different issues. She provides full secretarial and administrative support to all the services provided by MALO as may be required for the effective and efficient operation.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, ATTAINMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Have a high degree of computer literacy – to include competence in the following Microsoft applications – word processing, spreadsheets, databases, file management, e-mail and the internet. Nineteen year’s relevant and acceptable work experience in an Administrative /Office work environment. Excellent numeracy skills with knowledge and skills in the preparation and maintenance of proper financial records and banking procedures and reporting on same.
